1. Care in our home

Your dogs will have the chance to spend time at our property and join our “ pack of four”  while you are away

• A $10-20 Discount when you refer a paying client to us
• Discounts may be given for dogs weighing less than 30 pounds 
• Surcharges of $2-3 a day for puppies or dogs who need training or special medical attention
• Surcharges may apply for dogs who weigh more than 90 pounds

          Services and rates

*Kindred Spirit Basics: 30 min visits for feeding, playtime or short walks, lots of love + attention , basic medication as needed , lights and blinds, mail pick-up, houseplant care, heat control, daily log of chores done and observations made about your pets. $18 per visit, $35 for 2 visits a day, $240 per week if pre-paid.Please be aware that we have to apply a travel charge per visit if you live more than three miles away from our home (60742 Bristol Way) . *Kindred Spirit for Cats: A visit of 15 minutes in which we will feed your cat, clean its litter box, talk and cuddle with her/him and leave you a short written report . We will also pick up mail and water plants during this time. $15 per visit  + transportation fee of $2-4 if you live m ore than 5 miles away from us.

*Overnights:$40-60 ( depending on your needs) a night +travel charges

We spend the night and :

• cuddle with your pets before we go to bed,
• let them out at night 
•  walk them in the morning,
•  feed them twice and  give medications as needed
• and leave you a short report 
•  care for your plants ,
•  pick up your mail etc.

OVERNIGHTS ARE ONLY AVAILABLE BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT

DISCOUNTS: $10 for every paying customer you refer to us (will be credited towards your future account)

PACKAGE DEALS: $20 off total if you book 10 visits with us and pay at the beginning of service. Intitial visit is free with package deals.

TRAVEL CHARGES: There will be a charge for mileage if you live more than 3 miles from our office (we are located in S.E. Bend ,off Knott Road and Country Club Road)  . We will use Mapquest to determine the distance to your home.

Extra travel charges are approximately:

+$2 per visit if if you live 3-5 miles away

+$3 per visit if you live 5-10 miles away

+$5 per visit if you live 10-15 miles away

+$7 per visit if you live 15-25 miles away

Sorry, we can not service clients more than 25 miles away unless special arrangements have been made.

IMPORTANT TERMS: Payment for packages is due before service starts. For individual visits, half of payment is due before service and the balance at the end of service (payment will be collected by care provider at follow-up). A separate signed and completed service request is due for each service before each service starts.

-If you retrun earlier than expected and have notified us, we will give you a credit on your next service

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS:

Holiday (payment in full is charged, no refunds)

0-48 hrs. (payment in full is charged, no refunds)

2-7 days (20% of service total is due, 80% refund)

8+ days (no charge, refund in full)
