Kindred Spirit Pet Care was founded in June 2006 because veterinarians and animal lovers pointed out the need for quality services in Central Oregon.

Our Strengths:

Your dogs will not be in cages but are invited to "follow us around" and socialize with other dogs. Older and smaller dogs get to spend most of their time in our living room , while bigger and younger dogs like the social experience of rooming in our "doggie dorm" .We customize our services so that you and your pets feel most comfortable. You can choose between daycare and overnight/day stays , a daily long off-leash hike or a shorter leashed hike and some time in the local dog parks . We only invite small groups of"guest dogs" to our home. We ask every dog and their owners to come for a free Intake interview. You and your dog have a chance to meet our group and see if you will fit in well. We have studied canine and feline behavior as well as first aid for pets and take a genuine interest in getting to know you and your pets We are certified and insured and fill out a legally binding “Service Request” guaranteeing you the quality service you asked for. Most of our customers call on us several times a year and become part of our big family of "canine and human friends"! Our services include an adventurous group hike every morning. All members of our team are mature adults and have commited to being with us for the long term. Out-of-towners can rent a small room in our comfy villa and spend the nights with their dog.
